Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of CribStack (“the app”), operated by DJUMP, MB. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

CribStack helps parents and caregivers track baby feedings, diaper changes, and sleep patterns. You may use the app for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the app’s functionality.
• Abuse the service by submitting excessive or automated requests.
• Share your account credentials with others.

2. Accounts

You may create an account using email/password, Google, or Apple Sign In. You are responsible for the security of your account. You can delete your account at any time through the app’s Settings.

3. User-Entered Data

All baby data in CribStack is entered manually by you (or by co-parents you invite). CribStack is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The app is a tracking tool to help organize your baby’s routine. Always consult your pediatrician for medical decisions.

4. Free and Premium Plans

CribStack offers a free tier (1 baby, 7-day history) and Premium subscriptions ($4.99/month or $39.99/year) with unlimited babies, full history, growth charts, and data export.

• Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s subscription settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies.

5. Waitlist

If you submit your email to the waitlist on this site, we will email you a confirmation and updates about the launch. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any waitlist email, or by writing to start@djump.io.

6. Intellectual Property

CribStack and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DJUMP, MB. Your baby data remains yours.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. CribStack is a tracking tool, not a medical device. It does not provide health advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. Do not rely solely on CribStack for important health decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DJUMP, MB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
